We want you to truly love what you bring into your space.

If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

To initiate a return, please email returns@lovemestone.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

Natural Variations

Many of our pieces are created using natural materials such as driftwood, stone, shells, and other organic elements.

These materials are beautifully unique by nature. Variations in color, grain, texture, shape, and subtle markings are not defects but part of the character and individuality of each piece.

No two items will ever be identical, and slight differences from product photos are to be expected and celebrated.

Returns will not be accepted based on natural variation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Personalized items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wellness or body products may also be non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, please contact us to confirm availability before returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
