The Moment Love Me Stone Became Something You Could Wear
The Moment Love Me Stone Became Something You Could Wear
A collection of wearable reminders for romantics, wanderers, deep feelers, and anyone learning to trust what keeps calling them.
For a long time, Love Me Stone lived entirely in words.
It lived in essays written before sunrise with coffee growing cold beside me.
It lived in long walks along the Santa Cruz cliffs, in dog-eared books, in conversations that lingered long after they ended.
It lived in questions.
What does it mean to really feel your life?
What if longing is not something to fix?
What if romance is not reserved for relationships, but becomes the way we pay attention to everything?
I never intended to start a clothing brand.
I wanted to write.
I wanted to build a place where people who still believed in wonder could find each other.
Somewhere along the way, though, certain phrases started following people home.
People told me they had written them on sticky notes. Saved them as phone wallpapers. Sent them to friends. Returned to them when they needed courage.
That is when I realized something.
Maybe these were not just words. Maybe they were reminders.
Desire Is a Compass.
Follow It Anyway.
I wrote those words because they have become one of the truest things I know.
The world spends a lot of energy teaching us to distrust ourselves.
Be practical. Be realistic. Do not want too much. Do not feel too deeply.
But every meaningful decision I have ever made began as a quiet desire before it became a reality.
Moving.
Writing.
Leaving what no longer fit.
Beginning again.
Falling in love.
Choosing a life that felt like mine.
Every one of those choices began as something that did not make complete sense yet.
Desire was not the reward.
It was the direction.
That is what this collection is meant to remind us of.
Not that the path will always be easy. Not that every desire must become a destination. But that the things which repeatedly pull at us are often worth listening to.
Wearable Philosophy
This collection is not really about trends.
It is about carrying ideas.
The kind that make you look up from your phone. The kind that make someone pause and ask what the words on your sweatshirt mean. The kind that begin conversations between strangers who may have more in common than they expected.
Because words matter.
They become the stories we tell ourselves. They become the standards we live by. They become little signals sent into the world about what we believe is worth wanting.
Sometimes they even become the clothes we reach for before heading out the door.
Made for the Life You Are Actually Living
I imagine these pieces being worn on early coffee runs, long drives, windy beach walks, bookstore afternoons, red-eye flights and nights spent talking long after everyone else has gone home.
I imagine them becoming soft with time. Gathering stories. Traveling to places I may never see.
Each design is meant to feel less like merchandise and more like a page torn from this corner of the internet.
A reminder.
A philosophy.
A quiet permission slip to keep becoming who you already are.
