Beautiful at Any Age: Owning 46
Get the fit here.
For so much of my life, beauty was something tied to youth. I grew up in the world of pageants and modeling, where the spotlight was bright but also unrelenting. Every line, every curve, every angle was measured and judged. For years, I internalized the idea that beauty was about looking young, fresh, and untouched by time.
And yet here I am at 46, more confident and more myself than I ever was at 20.
There’s a strange pressure that comes with aging in a world obsessed with “anti-aging.” I found myself proud of not having had any work done, almost as if that became my silent badge of honor. But over time, something softened inside me. I realized beauty isn’t about looking younger—it’s about being beautiful at any age.
The truth is, real beauty comes from presence. From living fully in your body, your experiences, and your essence. It’s in the laughter lines that tell stories, the quiet confidence in your walk, and the sensuality that comes from truly knowing yourself.
At 46, I don’t feel like I’m competing with younger women anymore. Why would I? I’m not in their season of life, I’m in mine. And in this season, beauty looks like confidence, authenticity, and yes—still feeling sexy. Not despite my age, but because of it. It’s how you treat yourself, the energy you radiate, and the way you allow yourself to be seen. It’s about showing up as you—whether that’s glamorous and glowing or raw and undone.
So to every woman reading this, whatever age you are: beauty is not behind you, it is with you, right here, right now. You don’t have to look younger to feel radiant. You don’t have to erase time to feel magnetic.
You just have to own yourself.
And at 46, I can tell you, there’s nothing more beautiful, or sexier, than that.
